give yourself love
look in the mirror
blow a kiss
dance in the rain
dance in the house
shine continuously
erase the doubt
confide in the lord
pray
hope
faith and action
build self-esteem
find a friends who really care
love even when hate occurs
stay positive
and most importantly stay focused!

The negative days are a test, the negative days are stairs of elevation, so just keep patient and keep moving, move right along. Sunshine is the outcome after rain, There is not a living soul that does not experience pain. The recipe to success, the recipe to happiness and the recipe to clarity is to just keep moving, move right along.
